Foldable Dymaxion Globe
Inspired by Gavin Smith's laser cut dymaxion globe, Noniq was inspired to make his own, but wanted to make it foldable to more closely reflect the dymaxion projection that it was based on.
Whilst Gavin's was screwed together, Noniq used a combination of gaffer tape and 3D printed stoppers to ensure the pieces all folded to the correct angle. To keep the globe secured, he also 3D printed some holders to glue some neodymium magnets into.
